Their bento box is the best. Tiger Roll even better. Great sushi roll must try Sobe makes the best Sushi rolls. Can be on the pricey side but I love it! Love their Bento Boxes. I wasn't expecting to find good Sushi in Bethel when I moved to town, boy was I happily surprised. Everything I've had here has left my tastebuds giggling with joy. The only time I was disappointed was one time that they closed the Sushi bar early (on my birthday of all times) but I still left happy having had the best tasting sandwich I've had in or out of Bethel, but I can't remember which one it was for the life of me. If you're visiting town and this is the first restaurant you go to, be prepared for a shock when seeing the prices. If however you're looking at the prices compared to the rest of Bethel, the deliciousness is worth the couple dollar difference.
